SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Aulisa Medical USA, Inc. specializes in wearable, wireless continuous vital signs monitoring and alarm systems built on proprietary vital sign innovations, state-of-the-art micro-electronics, and advanced wireless communication technologies that increase hospitals’ efficiencies and improve the patient experience. Our product is being sold into the medical channel, but will begin being sold directly to consumers starting mid year.

We are currently looking to hire a social media specialist to work with the Director of Sales and Marketing in increasing brand awareness and ultimately converting sales via successful interactions and campaigns in our social media channels and online interactions. The ideal candidate is creative, self-driven, and has experience working with FDA cleared products.

This is a full-time position with an opportunity to work from home a portion of the time. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Job Description

Social Media Responsibilities

Manage/develop social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities (targeting medical and consumer channels) including:

  • Create and publish original, high-quality content relevant to the company’s target customers.

  • Monitor, listen and respond to users whether customer outreach is via social media, website inquiries, live chat, or phone calls.

  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.

  • Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).

  • Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.

  • Analyze key metrics and modify strategy as needed.

  • Create a regular publishing schedule. Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.

  • Cooperate with Director of Sales & Marketing in achieving marketing and conversion goals.

  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).

  • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

  • Report consumer product feedback so ongoing problems can be addressed and resolved.

  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Stay informed on company, industry and competitor news.

Other Responsibilities

  • Work with Director of Sales & Marketing to create additional graphic and video marketing pieces.

  • Communicate with potential customers via the website’s Live Chat and social media messages/inquiries

  • In conjunction with other marketing initiatives, continuously work to improve SEO (search engine optimization).

Qualifications

  • Experienced working with FDA cleared products preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field

  • At least 3 years experience conducting social media on behalf of a company

  • Creative, self-motivated individual that collaborates well as a team player and is a good communicator.

  • Experience in social media management and up-to-date knowledge on social media trends and strategies

  • Able to map out a comprehensive social media marketing plans and implement strategies proven by testing and metrics.

  • Skilled in graphic design, video content creation, and writing

  • Assist in approving online orders after confirming required medical license (This is temporary).
